SpiritBox Support explains current email-support boundaries, the version and setup details needed for diagnosis, and how to contact the product, privacy, security, or accessibility owner without sending secrets or customer data.

SpiritBox v1.12 buyers receive best-effort email support. There is no guaranteed response time, uptime commitment, or paid SLA.

Use a short subject and describe the product/page involved. Do not send passwords, API keys, model files, operational coordinates, private datasets, or customer information in an initial message.

Community

Discord

Community discussion may be available through the existing SpiritBox Discord. Public community channels are not appropriate for secrets, private project data, vulnerability details, or contractual support.

Before emailing

  • Confirm the product and version, Windows version, Docker Desktop status, and exact error text.
  • For Ultimate, include whether the nine default services start and which health check fails.
  • Do not send model files, customer data, passwords, API keys, private keys, or your complete environment file.
  • Interactive demos are static simulations and do not prove or troubleshoot a local installation.

CrossCheck and Voice Lab

CrossCheck Windows 1.0 is publicly available for $399 USD one-time with a 14-day refund policy. Mac remains unavailable pending qualification. Standalone Voice Lab remains request-only and is not a qualified customer package.

Report an issue safely

For a suspected security or privacy issue, send a minimal description and a safe way to follow up. Do not include exploit payloads, active credentials, private keys, or other people’s data in the first email.

Accessibility

Report a barrier with the page URL, browser/device, assistive technology if relevant, and the task you were trying to complete.
