SpiritBox Buyer Policies state regular one-time USD prices, current availability, fulfillment, refund, update, support, and product-state boundaries for Basic, Pro, Ultimate, Voice Lab, and CrossCheck.
SpiritBox paid editions are one-time Windows software purchases fulfilled through Gumroad. CrossCheck and Voice Lab have different availability states.

- Basic
- $0+ USD pay-what-you-want. Basic 1.3.2 Windows ZIP and macOS Apple Silicon DMG through Gumroad.
- Pro
- $49 USD one-time. Pro 1.3.1 Windows ZIP and macOS Apple Silicon DMG for typed chat, local Piper spoken replies, custom guides, and conversation history.
- Ultimate
- $199 USD one-time. Advanced Windows workstation with Docker-based services and separately configured models and creative tools. Check the included README for package-specific setup.
- Pricing
- Regular prices are $49 USD for Pro and $199 USD for Ultimate. No current discount is advertised. Review the final amount and any applicable taxes at checkout.
- Fulfilment
- Gumroad provides the purchased download. Keep your receipt and verify any published checksum before opening the archive.
- Refunds
- Refund requests are handled through the Gumroad order and the terms displayed at purchase. Include the order email and a concise description of the problem.
- Support
- Best-effort email support during early access. No guaranteed response time, uptime, installation success, or paid SLA.
Licence and source boundaries
A purchase grants use of the delivered edition under its included licence. Personal modification and troubleshooting are allowed within that licence. Commercial redistribution, resale, white-label client deployment, or presenting SpiritBox as your own product requires separate written commercial permission.
