SpiritBox Buyer Policies state regular one-time USD prices, current availability, fulfillment, refund, update, support, and product-state boundaries for Basic, Pro, Ultimate, Voice Lab, and CrossCheck.
SpiritBox paid editions are one-time Windows software purchases fulfilled through Gumroad. CrossCheck and Voice Lab have different availability states.

- Best-effort email support during early access. No guaranteed response time, uptime, installation success, or paid SLA.
Licence and source boundaries
A purchase grants use of the delivered edition under its included licence. Personal modification and troubleshooting are allowed within that licence. Commercial redistribution, resale, white-label client deployment, or presenting SpiritBox as your own product requires separate written commercial permission.

CrossCheck: Windows 1.0 is an active public sale at $399 USD one-time with a 14-day refund policy. Mac remains unavailable pending qualification.
