SpiritBox Privacy explains which website and product data can stay local, which optional integrations create external paths, and how checkout, support, analytics, and third-party services have separate boundaries.
This page describes the current website and product direction. It is not a substitute for final customer terms or the policies of optional third-party services.
This website
The SpiritBox pages do not require an account and do not include a newsletter or application form. SpiritBox checkout links and the separate CrossCheck storefront can process purchases through their named commerce providers. Standard hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, user-agent information, and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Interactive demos
The demo pages are static simulations. They should not upload, analyze, or store visitor documents. Do not enter confidential information into simulated controls.
SpiritBox product direction
SpiritBox is designed to keep core inference, conversations, project files, and databases on systems controlled by the user. Actual data locations must be documented by the final qualified package and its configured services.
Optional external connections
Model acquisition, web search, Telegram, software updates, external APIs, checkout, email, or support tools may send data to third parties when configured or used. “Local-first” does not mean that every optional feature is disconnected. Review each integration before enabling it.
CrossCheck
CrossCheck Windows 1.0 is sold through the separate CrossCheck storefront. Do not send operational coordinates, project files, permits, client names, or other sensitive field data through general website contact.
Retention and deletion
Support messages sent through email are retained according to the mailbox/provider configuration and should contain the minimum necessary information. Purchase providers apply their own account, payment, retention, and deletion policies.
